• about me
In August 2007, I began graduate studies in Human Computer Interaction Design through the School of Informatics at Indiana University - Bloomington. I am expecting to graduate in Spring 2009. Before this program, I received a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan in 2003.
In the interim between the two programs, I worked as a Web Developer with Cayman Chemical as well as positions in field operations with Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions.
During my studies in HCI/d, I have been looking to answers to questions about product design:
  • What makes one product easier to use than another?
  • Why do consumers enjoy using certain products over others?
  • How can you move past feature sets to learn about human experience with tech?
I have quickly learned that these questions are very rich and deep. I look forward to discovering more and more about the answers during my career as an interaction designer.
